In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Unauthorised Access. Accepted Payment Methods. zss777 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast / 1LINK. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your zss777 Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. zss777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Processing. Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Credits awarded by zss777 are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Credits before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Credits and any unqualified winnings.

Bonus Abuse. Game Weighting. Not all game categories contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Game Fairness. Technical Malfunctions. Bet Confirmation. A bet or wager is only considered confirmed and binding once you receive an explicit confirmation from the zss777 Platform, and the applicable funds have been deducted from your Account balance. Unconfirmed bets due to connectivity issues will not be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zss777 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

Fraud & Misrepresentation. Using false, stolen, or fabricated identity documents; providing misleading registration information; or impersonating another person for the purpose of opening or operating a zss777 Account.

Money Laundering. Using the zss777 Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. zss777 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under applicable international compliance standards.

Collusion & Cheating. Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage at any game; using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with zss777 games or the sportsbook; exploiting software bugs or game vulnerabilities rather than reporting them.

Unauthorised Commercial Use. Using the zss777 Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate, reselling betting tips derived from privileged platform access, or any other activity not consistent with personal recreational use.

Liability Cap. Exclusions. zss777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if zss777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Force Majeure. zss777 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications network failures, or acts of third parties.

zss777's Right to Suspend. zss777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that the Account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Balance on Termination. Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms (for example, at the Player's own request), any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following standard KYC checks. Bonus Credits are not returnable under any circumstances.

Player-Initiated Closure. Players who wish to close their zss777 Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. zss777 will process Account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe and provide instructions for withdrawing any remaining verified balance prior to closure.

Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
